We still debate which we like to do better in Zermatt: hiking or skiig -- both are fabulous! But which ever we chose to do next time, you can be certain we will stay with you. | | We spent Thanksgiving (8 days) at Haus Alpine and couldn't have been more pleased! Beautiful home, but, more importantly Ashley and Fritz were nothing less than exceptional in their care and attention to our needs and to ensuring that we were completely fulfilled on our vacation. They were extremely helpful, easy to talk to and were more than willing to spend as much time as we needed to answer our questions and provide us with everything we needed to be comfortable. We'll be back again, no doubt. They have raised the bar to an extremely high level for any other trip plans to other locales. We've been to many places throughout the world and try to stay in homes rather than hotels and have never experienced the sheer kindness and devotion to a good time that Ashley and Fritz offered. By the end of the trip, we felt like we were "related" to Ashley and Fritz because of their warmth, attention and acceptance. Throughout our stay, we would see Ashley in town and she always had time for us and treated us as if we lived in town. What a joy this Thanksgiving was for us in Zermatt in their home. We would urge anyone considering Haus Alpine to look no further. |

This was our third consecutive year staying in Haus Alpine and each time has been better than the last -- if it is even possible to improve on perfection, that is! We love the feeling of "coming home" to your beautiful apartment but better yet we feel as if we have made wonderful friends with you and your family. As usual, everything was in beautiful order when we arrived and you took care of us perfectly. We have visited many wonderful places in Switzerland but there is no place we love as much as Zermatt and we would never stay anywhere else but with you in Haus Alpine. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation and absolutely perfect accommodations!

Thanks again for an absolutely wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment. It exceeded all of our expectations and made our trip to Zermatt so memorable. Hello! Mike and I wanted to thank you for such a wonderful stay at Haus Alpine during our vacation in Zermatt. We felt so welcome and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there, including an AMAZING view of the Matterhorn from the patio. The location was also ideal - a quick stroll to the "downtown" and corner bakery. We were blown away by the beauty of Zermatt on our many hiking adventures and cannot wait to return and stay with you again. Thank you for your hospitality and the wonderful accomidations.

Once again we are writing to express our thanks for a wonderful vacation in Zermatt! When we arrived and the church bells started to peal we knew we were in for a wonderful holiday. Your apartment was spotless (as usual) and felt like home to us. We particularly appreciated the milk, juice, and other items in the refrigerator to get us started with some basic groceries. Our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed themselves immensely, too, and agreed that Haus Alpine is a perfect place to stay. So, we plan on returning again -- hopefully very soon -- perhaps to experience autumn in Zermatt. The hiking was spectacular -- the wildflowers were beautiful and the trails were stunning. We have no doubt that Zermatt and Haus Alpine are our favorite European destinations! Thank you.

| | Many thanks to you Fritz, you made our holiday very special. You were very friendly and kind to us and we enjoyed our holiday immensely. Thanks for the pickup and return from the Train Station.
The Apartment outshone our expectations. You have a very beautiful Apartment with magnificent views of the Matterhorn. The Apartment was spotless. We were very surprised how large it was.
If we can ever manage to return, we will definitely be staying at your Apartment. I will recommend to anyone contemplating accommodation in Zermatt to please choose this Accommodation as it is second to none.  |
